肛裂患者术后采用综合护理措施治疗便秘的效果观察

摘要：

目的 探讨综合护理措施应用于肛裂患者术后便秘的临床疗效。方法 选取我院收治的60例肛裂患者作为研究对象， 随机将其分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理基础上采用综合护理措施，比较两组患者术后便秘的临床疗效。结果 观察组患者3d内首次排便17例（56.7%），排便费力5例（16.7%），粪便质硬4例（13.3%），出现肛门堵塞感4例（13.3%）；对照组3d内首次排便7例（23.3%），排便费力10例（33.3%），粪便质硬7例 （23.3%），出现肛门堵塞感6例（20.0%）,观察组患者便秘情况明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者护理满意度和疼痛改善效果方面也明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理措施可以显著改善肛裂患者手术后便秘情况，疗效确切，而且可以提高患者满意度，进而提高患者的生活质量，可在临床上进行推广应用。

Effect observation of comprehensive nursing measures on postoperative constipation in patients with anal fissure surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing measures on postoperative constipation in patients with anal fissure surgery. Methods Sixty cases of patients with anal fissure treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing measures, and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing measures on the basis of routine nursing. The clinical curative effects of postoperative constipation of the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, 17 cases (56.7%) had first defecation within 3 days, 5 cases (16.7%) had defecation difficulty, 4 cases (13.3%) had fecal hardness, 4 cases (13.3%) had anal obstruction. In the control group, 7 cases (23.3%) had first defecation within 3 days, 10 cases (33.3%) had defecation difficulty, 7 cases (23.3%) had fecal hardness, 6 cases (20.0%) had anal obstruction; the constipation situations of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate and pain improvement effects of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing measures can improve the postoperative constipation in patients with anal fissure. Its clinical effect is significant, and it can improve the patients` nursing satisfaction rate and the quality of life, which can be popularized in clinic.
