健康教育在2型糖尿病患者护理中的临床效果

摘要：

目的 分析健康教育在2型糖尿病患者护理中的临床效果。方法 将我院收治的2型糖尿病患者320例根据护理方法 不同分为两组，160例行常规护理患者为对照组，另160例在常规护理基础上接受健康教育为观察组，比较两组患者的健康 教育效果、生存质量评分及血糖水平。结果 观察组患者的健康教育效果、生存质量评分及血糖水平均明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论  在2型糖尿病患者中开展健康教育护理，效果显著。

Clinical effect of health education in patients with type 2 diabetes

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of health education in the nursing of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Three hundred and twenty cases of type 2 diabetes patients in our hospital were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods, 160 cases who given conventional nursing patients were selected as the control group, and the other 160 cases who given routine nursing care based on health education were chosen as the observation group, then the effect of health education, quality of life score and blood sugar level between the two groups were compared. Results The effect of health education, quality of life and of blood glucose control level in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of health education in patients with type 2 diabetes is remarkable.
