围术期全程护理干预在外科手术患者中的应用效果

摘要：

目的 探讨围术期全程护理干预在外科手术患者中的临床应用效果。方法 选取2013年12月至2014年12月我院收治的300例手术患者作为研究对象，根据患者入院时间将其分为对照组（n=150）与研究组（n=150）。对照组患者围术期采用常规护理，研究组患者实施全程护理干预，观察比较两种护理模式的应用效果。结果 研究组患者住院时间为（11.5±4.2）d，护理总满意率为98.7%，对照组患者住院时间为（20.4±3.4）d，护理总满意率为88.0%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组患者并发症发生率的7.3%，对照组患者并发症发生率为19.3%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在围术期对外科手术患者实施全程护理干预，能提高患者的手术依从性，降低并发症发生风险，对促进患者康复、提高护理满意度具有积极作用，值得临床应用。

Application effect of perioperative whole nursing intervention in surgical patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical application effect of perioperative whole nursing intervention in surgical patients. Methods A total of 300 cases of surgical patients admitted in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 were selected as the study objects. All the patients were divided into control group and research group according to the admission time, with 150 cases in each group. The control group was given perioperative routine nursing, and the research group received perioperative whole nursing intervention. The application effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results In the research group, the hospital stays were (11.5±4.2)d, and the satisfaction rate was 98.7%; in the control group, the hospital stays were (20.4±3.4)d, the satisfaction rate was 88.0%; the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications was 7.3% in the research group and 19.3% in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Using perioperative whole nursing intervention in surgical patients can improve the patients` surgery compliance, reduce the risk of complications, and it is conductive to improve the patients` recovery and nursing satisfaction rate, which is worthy of application in clinic.
