临床护理路径在心血管介入患者护理中的效果观察

摘要：

目的 探讨临床护理路径在心血管疾病患者介入治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取于我院接受介入治疗的心血管疾病患者1500例为研究对象，根据入院顺序分为对照组和观察组，各750例。对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者则在常规护理基础上应用临床护理路径，比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 观察组患者治疗后的护理态度、基础护理、业务能力及整体护理的满意度评分及疾病知识掌握度均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者不良反应总发生率为7.5%，明显低于对照组的 36.4%（P<0.05）。结论 临床护理路径应用于心血管介入术患者，能有效减少患者治疗期间的不良反应，提升护理满意度及疾病知识掌握度，值得临床推广应用。

Effect observation of clinical nursing pathway in patients with cardiovascular intervention

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with cardiovascular intervention. Methods A total of 1 500 cases of patients who treated with cardiovascular intervention admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects. All the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the admission sequence, with 750 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group accepted clinical nursing pathway on the basis of the routine nursing. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing care attitude, basic nursing, service capability, overall nursing satisfaction scores and mastery of disease knowledge of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence rate of the adverse reactions of the observation group was 7.5%, which was lower than 36.4% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway in patients with cardiovascular intervention can significantly reduce the adverse reactions in the process of the treatment, improve the nursing satisfaction and mastery of disease knowledge, which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
