预见性护理与常规护理应用于ICU重症患者护理中的临床效果对比

摘要：

目的 探讨在ICU实施预见性护理与常规护理对患者治疗效果的影响。方法 选取2014年5月至2015年5月我院ICU收治并采取常规护理服务的32例患者为一般组，并选取2015年6月至2016年6月实施预见性护理的32例患者为改进组，观察比较两组患者的并发症发生率及临床效果。结果 一般组患者并发症发生率为21.88%，明显高于改进组的6.25%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。一般组患者总有效率为84.38%，明显低于改进组的96.88%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 预见性护理运用于ICU重症患者护理中，能积极评估患者的病情，患者对护理服务质量评价较高，且患者治疗总有效率较高，并发症发生率低，值得在临床中推广应用。

Clinical effect comparison of predictive nursing and routine nursing on ICU severe patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the clinical effects of predictive nursing and routine nursing on ICU severe patients. Methods Thirty -two cases of patients who received routine nursing from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected as the conventional group; 32 cases of patients who accepted predictive nursing from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the improvement group. The incidence rates of complications and clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence rate of complications of the conventional group was 21.88%, which was higher than 6.25% of the improvement group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the conventional group was 84.38% , which was lower than 96.88% of the improvement group (P<0.05). Conclusion Predictive nursing on ICU severe patients can make a positive evaluation on the patients` condition. The clinical evaluation on the nursing service quality is high, and it has higher total effective rate and lower incidence rate of complications, which is worthy of application and popularization in clinic.
