经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术后给予品质管理循环对患者满意度的影响

摘要：

目的 分析经皮冠状动脉腔内血管成形术（PTCA）后给予品质管理循环（PDCA 循环）对患者满意度的影响。方法 选择2015年1月至2016年3月于我院就诊的行PTCA的患者102例作为研究对象，对所有患者采取计算机随机分组，常规组51例，采取一般护理模式，试验组51例，采取PDCA循环模式，对比两组患者的护理满意度与并发症发生率。结果 试验组护理满意度为94.12%，常规组护理满意度为78.43%，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；试验组与常规组患者术后并发症 发生率分别为3.92%与15.69%，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对行PTCA 患者术后采取PDCA循环的效果显著，可进一步提高护理满意度，降低术后并发症发生率，从而有助于提高临床护理质量，值得临床应用推广。

Influence of quality management cycle on satisfaction of patients after percutaneous coronary angioplasty

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the influence of quality management cycle (PDCA cycle) on satisfaction of patients after percutaneous coronary angioplasty (PTCA). Methods The 102 cases of patients after PTCA from January 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected as the study objects, and were divided into the conventional group (n=51) and the experimental group (n=51) according to the computer random grouping scheme. Patients in the conventional group accepted general nursing, and patients in the experimental group accepted PDCA. The incidence rate of complications and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 94.12%, which was significantly higher than that of the conventional group (78.43%) (P<0.05). In addition, the incidence rate of postoperative complications in the experimental group and the conventional group were 3.92% and 15.69% respectively, the differences was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of PDCA in patients accepted PTCA canimprove the patients' nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidence rate of postoperative complications, and is also benefi to improve the quality of clinical nursing practice, which is worthy of a wide application.
