循证护理在预防急性阑尾炎手术后并发症中的应用效果

摘要：
目的 分析循证护理在急性阑尾炎手术后并发症的预防效果。方法 选取2014年3月至2016年3月我院收治的100例急性阑尾炎患者，随机分为对照组（n=50）与护理组（n=50），对照组患者采取常规护理，护理组患者采取循证护理，对比两组患者术后并发症与恢复情况。结果 护理组患者的住院时间、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间短于对照组（P<0.05）；护理组患者的并发症总发生率为6.00%，对照组并发症总发生率为30.00%，护理组明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 急性阑尾炎术后患者采取循证护理效果良好，患者的临床症状缓解快，值得在临床上推广使用。

Application effect of evidence-based nursing in the prevention of postoperative complications of acute appendicitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing in the prevention of postoperative complications of acute appendicitis. Methods One hundred cases of patients with acute appendicitis in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group (n=50) and nursing group (n=50), the control group received routine nursing care, the nursing group accepted evidence -based nursing, the postoperative complications and postoperative recovery were compared in the two groups. Results The hospitalization time, anal exhaust time and the time of getting out of bed of the nursing group of the nursing group were shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05); the total complications incidence rate of the nursing group was 6.00%, which was lower than 30.00% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of evidence-based nursing care on patients with acute appendicitis after operation is good, clinical symptoms relieve quickly, it is worthy of clinical application.
