孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗小儿哮喘效果评价

摘要：

目的 探讨孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗小儿哮喘的效果。方法 以我院2013年2月至2015年10月收治的小儿哮喘患 者65例作为研究对象，根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组32例和观察组33例，对照组患者予以布地奈德治疗，观察组患者实施孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组总有效率90.91%明显高于对照组62.50%（P< 0.05）；治疗后观察组肺活量的呼气流速（FEF）25%、FEF50%、FEF75%、外周血Eos与对照组相比，差异具有统计学意义 （P<0.05）。结论 孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗小儿哮喘的效果突出，值得推广。

Effect evaluation of montelukast combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with infantile asthma

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of montelukast combined with budesonide in the treatment of infantile asthma. Methods Sixty-five cases of children with infantile asthma from February 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, which were divided into control group (32 cases) and observation group (33 cases),according to the treatment methods. Patients in the control group were treated with budesonide, while patients in the observation group were given budesonide treatment combined with montelukast. The therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.91%, which was significantly higher than 62.50% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, forced expiratory volume (FEF）25%, FEF50%, FEF75% and external blood Eos of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion Montelukast combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with infantile asthma have outstanding effect, which is worthy of promotion.
