西药结合中药益气温阳汤治疗慢性心力衰竭临床疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探究应用西药联合中药益气温阳汤治疗慢性心力衰竭临床效果，评价其安全性，为临床治疗奠定基础。方法 选取我院2014年6月至2015年12月收治的128例慢性心力衰竭患者，分为对照组和试验组，分别应用西药与西药联合中药益气温阳汤进行治疗，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果 试验组患者采用西药与中药益气温阳汤联合治疗后，LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF、E/A、血浆BNP等心功能指标明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。试验组患者的临床总有效率（92.19%）显著高于对照组（75.00%），差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。试验组患者的不良反应发生率（1.56%）显著低于对照组（17.19%），差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 临床治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的过程中，应用西药结合中药益气温阳汤治疗可显著改善患者的各项心功能指标，具有较高的安全性，应广泛推广。

Clinical effect observation of western medicine combined with Yiqi Wenyang decoction on chronic heart failure

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of western medicine combined with Yiqi Wenyang decoction on chronic heart failure. Methods One hundred and twenty-eight cases of chronic heart failure patients admitted in our hospital from June 2014 to December 2015 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was treated with western medicine, and the experimental group received western medicine combined with Yiqi Wenyang decoction. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After using western medicine combined with Yiqi Wenyang decoction, the levels of LVEDD, LVESD, LVEF, E/A and plasma BNP of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.19%,which was higher than 75.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions of the experimental group was 1.56%, which was lower than 17.19% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the course of clinical treatment of chronic heart failure patients, the combination of western medicine and Yiqi Wenyang decoction can significantly improve the patients' cardiac function indexes. It has high safety, which should be widely promoted in clinic.
