扶正解毒汤在恶性肿瘤放、化疗期的应用

摘要：

目的 探讨扶正解毒汤对恶性肿瘤放、化疗期临床疗效。方法 选取我院2002年6月至2014年6月收治的肿瘤患者28例，将其依据治疗方法分对照组与研究组，各14例。对照组给予常规的放、化疗，而研究组在此基础上给予扶正解毒汤进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 研究组患者的临床总有效率（78.57%）明显高于对照组患者（57.14%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 扶正解毒汤对肿瘤患者放、化疗期的临床疗效确切，可供临床参考应用。

Application of Fuzheng Jiedu decoction in the radiotherapy and chemotherapy period of malignant tumor

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Fuzheng Jiedu decoction in the radiotherapy and chemotherapy period of patients with malignant tumor. Methods Twenty-eight patients with tumor from June 2002 to June 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 14 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional radiation and chemotherapy, and the study group were given Fuzheng Jiedu decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical total effective rate of the study group was 78.57%, which was significantly higher than 57.14% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Fuzheng Jiedu decoction has distinct curative effect in the radiotherapy and chemotherapy period of patients with malignant tumor, which can be reference for clinical application.
