翼状胬肉切除术联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉临床疗效

摘要：

目的 对翼状胬肉采用翼状胬肉切除术联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术进行治疗的临床疗效进行分析探讨。方法 选取我院就诊的80例（91只眼）翼状胬肉患者，随机分为对照组40例（45只眼），观察组40例（46只眼）。对照组患者行翼状胬肉单纯切除术，观察组患者行翼状胬肉切除术联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 观察组治疗总有效率 为95.65%，显著高于对照组的84.44%（P<0.05）；观察组角膜上皮修复时间为（2.86±1.01）d，住院时间为（8.25±2.33）d，显著短于对照组的（5.97±2.30）d 和（13.46±3.75）d（P<0.05）；观察组泪膜破裂时间为（9.54±0.25）s，泪液分泌试验值为（9.86±0.33）mm/5 min，显著短于对照组的（10.89±0.82）s 和（10.52±0.15）mm/5 min（P<0.05）。结论 翼状胬肉患者采用翼状胬肉切除术联合自体角膜 缘干细胞移植术进行治疗能够获得显著的临床治疗效果，促进角膜上皮修复，缩短住院时间，值得临床推广。

Clinical efficacy of pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation

 in the treatment pterygium

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of pterygium. Methods Eighty patients (91 pterygium) were selected and randomly divided into control group (40 cases with 45 eyes) and observation group (40 cases with 46 eyes). The control group received pterygium excision, while the observation group received pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation. The clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%, which was significantly higher than 84.44% of the control group (P<0.05). The corneal epithelial healing
time was (2.86±1.01) d and the length of stay was (8.25±2.33) d, which were significantly shorter than (5.97±2.30) d and (13.46±3.75) d of the control group (P<0.05). The tear film break-up time was (9.54±0.25) s and schirmer test values was(9.86±0.33) mm/5 min, which were significantly shorter than (10.89±0.82) s and (10.52±0.15) mm/5 min of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantationhas has significant clinical effect for treating pterygium, which can promote corneal epithelial healing and shorten hospital stay, it is worthy of promotion.
