预注甲氧明对剖宫产产妇腰硬联合麻醉术中低血压的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨预注甲氧明对腰―硬联合麻醉下剖宫产产妇低血压的防治作用。方法 选择2014年1月至2016年10月在本院行腰―硬联合麻醉剖宫产术的86例产妇作为受试者，随机分为对照组和观察组，各43例。观察组麻醉后静脉预注甲氧明3 mg，对照组麻醉后不使用任何预防低血压药物。观察两组产妇麻醉期间血压及麻醉并发症发生情况，并监测新生儿血气分析指标和Apgar评分情况。结果 麻醉前，两组产妇的SBP与DBP比较，均无显著差异（P>0.05）；麻醉后5min、手术开始时、胎儿娩出后5min、手术结束时，观察组SBP与DBP均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。对照组麻醉并发症总发生率为30.23%，高于观察组的9.30%（P<0.05）。两组的PaCO2、PaO2、BE及新生儿Apgar评分比较无明显差异（P>0.05）。结论 剖宫产术腰―硬联合麻醉下预注甲氧明预防术中低血压效果良好，值得临床应用。

Efficacy of pre note methoxamine on hypotension in cesarean section patients with spinal-epidural anesthesia

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the efficacy of pre note methoxamine on hypotension in cesarean section women with spinal-epidural anesthesia. Methods Eighty-six cases of cesarean section women in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 43 cases in each group. After spinal anesthesia, the observation group received methoxamine 3 mg, while the control group did not use any drugs for the prevention of hypotension. The blood pressure and anesthesia complications were observed during anesthesia in both groups and the scores of neonatal blood gas analysis indexes and Apgar scores were monitored. Results Before the anesthesia, there was no significant difference in SBP and DBP of the two groups (P >0.05); the SBP and DBP in 5 min after the anesthesia, beginning of surgery, 5 min after delivery of the fetus, the end of the operation of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The overall incidence of anesthesia complications in the control group was 30.23%, which was higher than 9.30% of the observation group (P <0.05). There were no significant differences in PaCO2, PaO2, BE and Apgar scores in the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of pre note methoxamine on hypotension in cesarean section patients with spinal-epidural anesthesia is good, pre note methoxamine is worthy of clinical application.
