微波联合干扰素治疗宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染的疗效研究

摘要：

目的 研究微波联合干扰素对宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染的疗效。方法 收集2013年6月至2016年6月我院收治的100例宫颈糜烂患者，将所有患者随机分为对照组（n=50）和观察组（n=50）。在手术过程中对所有患者进行常规消毒，对照组患者采取单一的微波治疗，观察组在对照组基础上，同时采取干扰素治疗。结果 观察组的总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）。而从轻、中及重度分级来看，两种治疗方法均可治愈轻度宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染，治疗总效率均达到100.00%；在中度宫颈糜烂合并 HPV感染患者的疗效比较中，两组治疗总有效率比较无差异（P>0.05）；观察组的重度宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染患者的疗效显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在治疗宫颈糜烂合并HPV 感染的过程中采用微波联合干扰素的综合治疗方法，所获得的疗效高于单一微波治疗方法。对于治疗中度和重度妇女宫颈糜烂疾病具有显著意义。

Effect of microwave combined with interferon on patient with cervical erosion combined with HPV infection

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the efficacy of microwave combined interferon on patients with cervical erosion combined with HPV infection. Methods One hundred cases of patients with cervical erosion combined with HPV infection were selected and divided into observation group (n=50) and control group (n=50), all patients received conventional disinfection in the process of the operation, the control group were given single microwave, the observation group accepted microwave combined interferon on the base of the control group. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that of the the control group (P<0.05). At the grade of light, medium and severe, the total effective rate of the light cervical erosion combined with HPV infection in the two groups were 100.00%; there was no significant difference in the effective rate of medium grade in the two groups (P >0.05); the efficacy of severe cervical erosion combined with HPV infection in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of microwave combined interferon on patients with cervical erosion combined with HPV infection is better than microwave treatment alone, which has significant promotion meaning in the treatment of mild and severe cervical erosion.
