脊髓损伤患者自我效能及其影响因素分析

摘要：

目的 了解脊髓损伤（SCI）患者自我效能现状及其影响因素，为患者全面康复提供一定临床参考。方法 采用一般自我效能问卷对我院收治的48例SCI患者进行调查，分析SCI伤患者自我效能现状及其影响因素。结果 SCI患者平均自我效能得分为（2.59±0.71）分，均值占总分的64.8%。不同性别及不同瘫痪类型患者的自我效能得分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；不同损伤严重程度及不同ADL得分SCI患者的自我效能得分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 SCI伤患者总体上自 我效能感处于中等略偏上水平。性别、瘫痪类型、损伤严重程度、日常生活依赖程度可能对SCI患者自我效能感影响不大，临床工作中可通过各种措施提高患者自我效能感，改善康复结局。

Self-efficacy and its influencing factors on patients with spinal cord injury

ABSTRACT: Objective To understand the status and influencing factors of self-efficacy on patients with spinal cord injury (SCI), which can provide some references for full rehabilitation. Methods The general self-efficacy score was used to investigate 48 case of SCI patients who treated in our hospital. The status and influencing factors of self-efficacy on the SCI patients were analyzed. Results The self-efficacy score of the SCI patients was (2.59±0.71), and the mean was 64.8% of the total score. The self-efficacy score on different sex and different types of paralysis had no significant difference (P>0.05). The self -efficacy score on different severity of injury or different ADL scores had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion The general self-efficacy of patients with spinal cord injury is better than the middle level. Sex, type of paralysis, severity of injury, degree of dependence on daily life may have little effect on the self-efficacy of SCI patients. Various measures can be adopted to enhance the self-efficacy for improving rehabilitation outcomes.
