米非司酮在围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者临床治疗中的应用

摘要：

目的 研究米非司酮在围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者临床治疗中的应用方法与效果。方法 选取我院在2014年3月至2016年3月收治的100例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者为研究对象，按照治疗日期的单双数进行分组，随机分为观察组（采用米非司酮进行治疗）50例和对照组（采用妈富隆进行治疗）50例。治疗4个疗程后，观察两组患者的卵泡刺激素、孕酮、雌二醇、黄体生成素水平、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后，观察组患者的卵泡刺激素、孕酮、雌二醇、黄体生成素水平及不良反应发生率均低于对照组，临床治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 应用米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血，可有效降低患者的血清激素水平，缓解患者的临床症状，提高患者的生活质量， 减少不良反应，改善患者的精神状态，值得在临床上推广应用。

Application of mifepristone on patients with peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the usage and effect of mifepristone on patients with peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods One hundred cases of patients with peri -menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected as the study objects, and all the patients were randomly divided into observation group (received mifepristone) and control group (accepted marvelon) according to the single and double date of treatment, with 50 cases in each group. After four courses of treatment, the levels of follicle -stimulating hormone, progesterone, estradiol, luteinizing hormone, therapeutic effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone, progesterone, estradiol, luteinizing hormone and adverse reaction rate in the observation group were better than those of the control group, the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Mifepristone applied in patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding can effectively reduce the serum hormone levels, relieve the clinical symptoms, improve patients' quality of life, reduce adverse reactions and improve the patients' mental state. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
