血清CA125与CA153联合检测对子宫内膜癌的诊断价值研究

摘要：

目的 研究并探讨血清CA125与CA153联合检测对子宫内膜癌的诊断价值。方法 于2013年1月至2016年6月选取30例子宫内膜癌患者和50例子宫肌瘤患者作为此次研究对象，将其分别设置为观察组、对照组。比较两组患者的CA125、 CA153水平，并以术后病理诊断作为子宫内膜癌的诊断金标准，计算CA125、CA153以及二者联合检测对子宫内膜癌的诊断敏感度、特异度、准确性。结果 与对照组相比，观察组的CA125、CA153水平均明显更高（P<0.05）。与单纯CA125或CA153检测相比，CA125与CA153联合检测的诊断敏感度、特异度、准确性均明显更高（P<0.05）。结论 CA125、CA153 作为子宫内膜癌的肿瘤标记物，可有效反映子宫内膜癌患者的病变情况，采用CA125、CA153联合检测可对子宫内膜癌进行准确的鉴别诊断，具有较高的诊断价值。

The diagnostic value study of the combined detection of serum CA125 and CA153 on endometrial cancer

ABSTRACT: Objective To study and explore the diagnostic value of combined detection of serum CA125 and CA153 on endometrial cancer. Methods Thirty cases of patients with endometrial cancer and 50 cases of patients with uterine fibroids from January 2013 to June 2016 were selected as research objects, and were set to the observation group and control group respectively. The serum CA125, CA153 levels were compared in the two groups, and using the postoperative pathology diagnosis as the diagnostic criteria for endometrial cancer, calculated the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy of CA125, CA153 and the combined detection of endometrial cancer diagnosis. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of CA125, CA153 in the observation group were significantly higher (P<0.05). Compared with pure CA125 or CA153 detection, the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy of CA125 and CA153 combined detection were significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion  As tumor markers of endometrial cancer, CA125, CA153 can effectively reflect the lesions of patients with endometrial cancer, and the CA125 and CA153 combined detection of endometrial cancer can be an accurate differential diagnosis, it has a high diagnostic value.
