手足口病基因多态性的研究进展

摘要:

近年来,宿主对EV71的遗传易感性在手足口病发生、发展中的作用逐渐成为研究热点。基因多态性是决定人体对于病原体感染的易患性、疾病轻重程度及药物治疗反应性差异的重要内在因素。在手足口病发生、发展的过程中,模式识别受体、炎性因子、趋化因子及免疫相关因子的基因多态性在很大程度上决定着疾病的转归,而宿主遗传背景因素对手足口病疾病进展程度的作用同样受到高度重视。本文就基因多态性与手足口病的遗传易感性、病情程度和预后的研究进 展予以综述。

    Research progress of genetic polymorphisms in hand foot and mouth disease

    ABSTRACT: Host genetic susceptibility to enterovirus 71 (EV71) caused hand-foot-mouth disease gradually become the research hot spot. Genetic polymorphisms are a significant internal factor which determines the host susceptibility to enterovirus, clinical manifestations severity and response to therapies. In the process of hand -foot -mouth disease, host genetic polymorphisms of certain key molecules play a significant role. The molecules including pattern recognition receptors, inflammatory cytokines, chemokines and immune-related molecules largely determine the outcome of hand foot and mouth diseases. Consequently, the host genetic background in the disease should be also taken seriously. Here is to make a review of the host genetic polymorphisms and susceptibility, clinical severity and outcome of hand-foot-mouth disease.
