小切口白内障摘除术治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床研究

摘要：
目的 研究小切口白内障摘除术治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床效果。方法 选取2014年1月至2015年12月收治的63例急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者的临床资料，进行回顾性分析，观察治疗前、后患者视力改善情况、前房深度、眼压及并发症发生情况。结果 治疗后，本组患者视力约0.1、0.1~0.25例数明显减少，0.3~0.4、0.5~0.8 例数明显增多，与治疗前比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，患者眼压、前房深度明显优于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；随访6 个月，所有患者均没有发生严重的并发症，如眼内炎、青光眼、脉络膜脱离等。结论 对于急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障，通过小切口白内障摘除术治疗，临床效果较佳，能显著改善患者视力情况，且安全、可靠。

Clinical efficacy study of the small incision cataract extraction in the treatment of acute
angle-closure glaucoma combined with cataract

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the efficacy of small incision cataract extraction in the treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma conbined with cataract. Methods The clinical data of 63 cases of patients with acute angle -closure glaucoma and cataract from January 2014 to December 2015 were retrospective analyzed. The visual acuity, anterior chamber depth, IOP, complications incidence of patients before and after treatment were observed. Results After treatment, the palients of visual acuity <0.1, and 0.1 to 0.25 decreased, while 0.3 to 0.4 and 0.5 to 0.8 increased, the differences compared with before treatment were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the IOP and anterior chamber depth significantly improved, and were superior to those before treatment (P<0.05). Followed up for 6 months, all patients had no serious complications such as endophthalmitis, glaucoma and choroidal detachment. Conclusion For patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma with cataract, small incision cataract extraction treatment has remarkable effect, it can significantly improve visual acuity, with high safety and reliablity.
