眼科手术球后麻醉严重并发症原因分析及急救护理

摘要：

目的 分析眼科手术球后麻醉严重并发症原因，探讨急救护理方法。方法 将2014年2月至2015年2月收治的100例眼科手术治疗患者作为对照组，将2015年3月至2016年3月收治的80例眼科手术球后麻醉治疗患者作为观察组，对患者进行急救护理，回顾性分析两组球后麻醉严重并发症的产生原因和护理效果。结果 球后麻醉严重并发症主要是由球后神经阻滞操作不当、局部药物中毒、眼心反射和年龄引起。急救护理后，对照组中10例发生球后麻醉严重并发症，观察组中2例发生球后麻醉严重并发症，观察组急救护理后球后麻醉严重并发症发生率较低（P<0.05）。观察组患者满意率为95.00%，明显高于对照组的70.00%（P<0.05）。结论 科学分析眼科手术球后麻醉严重并发症发生的原因，不仅可提高麻醉的质量，降低并发症发生率，同时也有助于保证患者球后麻醉的安全。

Analysis of the causes and emergency nursing of severe complications of retrobulbar anesthesia in ophthalmic surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the causes and emergency nursing of severe complications of retrobulbar anesthesia in ophthalmic surgery. Methods One hundred cases of ophthalmologic patients treated from February 2014 to February 2015 were taken as the control group, 80 cases of ophthalmologic patients from March 2015 to March 2016 were taken asthe observation group, all the patients accepted emergency nursing, the causes of severe complications after retrobulbar anesthesia and nursing effect in the two groups were retrospectively analyzed. Results Severe complications of retrobulbar anesthesia were mainly caused by posterior nerve block improper operation, local drug poisoning, ocular reflex and age. After emergency nursing, 10 cases of severe complications after retrobulbar anesthesia occurred in the control group, while 2 cases occurred in the observation group. Te incidence of svere complications of retrobulbar anesthesia in the observation group after emergency nursing was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.00%, which was significantly higher than 70.00% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Scientific analysis of severe complications of retrobulbar anesthesia in ophthalmic surgery not only can improve the quality of anesthesia, reduce the incidence of complications, but also help to ensure the safety of patients after retrobulbar anesthesia.
