综合护理干预在行白内障手术的糖尿病患者护理中的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探究综合护理干预在行白内障手术的糖尿病患者护理中的临床效果。方法 将2013年6月至2015年6月我院收治的140例行白内障手术的糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各70例，其中对照组进行常规护理干预，观察组则在对照组的基础上，增加综合护理干预。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 观察组患者的并发症发生率为10.00%，显著低于对照组的22.86%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后，两组患者的生活质量评分明显优于护理前，且观察组患者的生活质量评分明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P约0.05)。结论 综合护理干预在行白内障手术的糖尿病患者护理中的临床效果较常规护理干预好。

Clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on diabetes patients with cataract surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on diabetes patients with cataract surgery. Methods One hundred and forty cases of diabetes patients with cataract surgery admitted in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 70 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing, while the observation group accepted comprehensive intervention on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence rate of complications of the observation group was 10.00%, which was lower than 22.86% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing, the quality of life scores of the two groups were obviously better than those before nursing, and the quality of life scores of the observation group were obviously better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on diabetes patients with cataract surgery is better than routine nursing intervention.
