HELLP综合征发病机制与抗磷脂抗体综合征相关发病机制研究

摘要：

抗磷脂抗体综合征与溶血、肝酶升高、血小板减少综合征是一种以反复发作的血栓形成为特点的妊娠相关的自身免疫性疾病，这些特征的形成与血液中存在的自身抗体和带负电的磷脂或载脂蛋白有关。胎盘蛋白13、血管生成素及nCL的异常表达与此类疾病的发生有一定关系。
