护理干预在腹腔镜下输卵管妊娠开窗取胚术中的效果分析

摘要：
目的 分析腹腔镜下输卵管妊娠开窗取胚术中应用护理干预的临床效果。方法 选择我院收治的48例输卵管妊娠患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组24例。对所有患者均采用腹腔镜下输卵管妊娠开窗取胚术进行治疗，对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者在手术治疗基础上配合针对性的护理干预，比较两组患者的手术情况和治疗情况。结果两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量和医疗费用比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；观察组患者的VAS评分、SAS评分、SDS评分、住院时间明显优于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 采用腹腔镜下输卵管妊娠开窗取胚术对输卵管妊娠患者进行治疗，为患者配合有针对性的护理干预措施进行干预指导，能够缓解患者术后的疼痛，促进患者的预后和恢复，值得推广使用。

Effect analysis of nursing intervention on laparoscopic salpingotomy
for tubal pregnancy

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of nursing intervention on laparoscopic salpingotomy for tubal pregnancy. Methods Forty-eight cases of patients with tubal pregnancy admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 24 cases in each group. All of them were treated with laparoscopic salpingotomy, the patients in the control group received routine nursing, while the patients in the observation group accepted targeted nursing on the basis of surgery treatment. The surgery situation and treatment condition of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and medical cost of two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). The VAS score, SAS score, SDS score and the hospital stay of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Using laparoscopic salpingotomy and targeted nursing intervention measures for tubal pregnancy patients can ease the pain of patients after surgery, promote patients' prognosis and recovery. It is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
