心理疏导加新斯的明肌注治疗产后尿潴留的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨心理疏导加新斯的明肌注治疗产后尿潴留的临床效果，为临床护理提供参考。方法 选择我院2013年2月 至2015年8月收治的产后尿潴留患者120例为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组60例。对照组患者实施常规护理 加新斯的明肌注，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上实施心理疏导加新斯的明肌注，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者有效40例，部分有效18例，无效2例，临床护理总有效率为96.7%；对照组患者护理有效31例，部分有效12例，无效 17例，临床护理总有效率为71.7%，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 针对产后尿潴留患者，实施心理疏导加新斯的明肌注能够达到更好的病情缓解目的，很多患者甚至可以完全缓解，减少尿潴留对身体造成的伤害。将心理疏导加新斯的明肌注应用于尿潴留护理，临床效果显著，值得临床推广与应用。

The clinical effect of psychological counseling combined with neostigmine

 intramuscular injection on postpartum urinary retention

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of psychological counseling combined with neostigmine intramuscular injection on postpartum urinary retention, so as to offer references for clinical nursing. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with postpartum urinary retention admitted in our hospital from February 2013 to August 2015 were selected as the study objects. All the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The patients in control group were given routine nursing combined with neostigmine intramuscular injection; while the patients in observation group were treated with psychological counseling combined with neostigmine intramuscular injection on the basis of routine nursing. The clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results In observation group, 40 cases were effective, 18 cases were partial response, 2 cases were invalid, the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%; in control group, 31 cases were effective, 12 cases were partial response, 17 cases were invalid, the total effective rate of the control group was 71.7%, the difference in total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with postpartum urinary retention, the implementation of psychological counseling combined neostigmine intramuscular injection can achieve better remission purpose, many patients can even achieve complete remission, reducing the harm caused by urinary retention. The psychological counseling combined with neostigmine intramuscular injection on postpartum urinary retention has significant clinical effect. It is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
