品管圈在神经外科基础护理质量持续改进中的应用效果评价

摘要：
目的 探讨品管圈在神经外科基础护理质量持续改进中的应用效果。方法 选取2015年4月至2016年4月我院神经外科 收治的144例患者为研究对象，随机抽取72例纳入常规组行常规护理，另72例纳入研究组行品管圈护理，比较两组患者基础护理质量评分、护理满意率与护理不良事件发生率。结果研究组的基础护理质量评分高于常规组（P<0.05）；研究组的护理满意 率、护理不良事件发生率均优于常规组（P<0.05）。结论 应用品管圈可以提高神经外科的基本护理质量，满足患者的需求。

Application evaluation of quality control circle in the improvement of basic nursing
quality in department of neurosurgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the application evaluation of quality control circle in the improvement of basic nursing quality in department of neurosurgery. Methods One hundred and forty-four cases of patients from April 2015 to April 2016 admitted department of neurosurgery in our hospital were selected as study objects, and randomly divided into routine group with 72 cases of patients who received routing nursing care and study group with other 72 patients who received quality control circle care. The basic nursing quality score, nursing satisfaction rate, and adverse event rates of the two groups were compared. Results The basic nursing quality score of the study group was higher than that of the study group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate, and adverse event rates in the study group were better than those of the study group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of quality control circle could improve the basic nursing quality in department of neurosurgery, and meet patients' demands, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
