个性化护理干预对哮喘患者治疗依从性的影响评价

摘要：

目的 评价个性化护理干预对哮喘患者治疗依从性的影响。方法 选择2013年9月至2016年1月在我院门诊诊治的哮喘患者200例，根据入院顺序分为观察组与对照组，各100例。两组都给予布地奈德口喷气雾剂治疗，治疗观察1个月，对照组在治疗期间给予常规护理，观察组在对照组护理的基础上给予个性化护理干预，比较两组患者的疗效和治疗依从性。结果观察组与对照组的有效率分别为97.0%和86.0%，观察组的有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。护理期间观察组与对照组的依从性评分分别为（14.09± 1.33）分和（10.34± 1.21）分，观察组明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 个性化护理干预在哮喘患 者中的应用能提高患者的治疗依从性，促进临床疗效的提高，有很好的应用价值。

Impact assessment of intervention of specific nursing on treatment compliance of

patients with asthma

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the effect of intervention of specific nursing intervention on the treatment compliance of patients with asthma. Methods Two hundred cases of outpatients with asthma treated in our hospital from September 2013 to January 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission, with 100 cases in each group. Two groups were treated with Budesonide aerosol and observed for 1 month. During the treatment period, the control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given specific nurcing intervention of specific nursing based on the control group. Curative effect and treatment compliance were compared in the two groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 97% and 86% respectively. The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).During the nursing period, treatment compliance score of the observation group and the control group were (14.09± 1.33) and (10.34± 1.21) respectively. The score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of intervention of specific nursing on patients with asthma can improve their treatment compliance, promote the clinical efficacy, which has a good application value.
