人性化护理在糖尿病护理中的应用效果探讨

摘要：

目的 探讨人性化护理在糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2013年5月至2016年5月收治的78例糖尿病患者为研究对象，根据不同的护理方法分为对照组和研究组。对照组39例患者给予常规的临床护理，研究组在其基础上实施人性化护理，观察两组患者的生活质量改善情况及护理满意度。结果 研究组SAS、SDS 评分分别为（25.23± 4.62）分、（27.13± 3.23）分，对照组SAS、SDS 评分分别为（42.61± 2.31）分、（41.52± 3.68）分，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组的生理功能、社会功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、精神健康评分明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组总满意率为97.44%，对照组总满意率为76.92%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对糖尿病患者实施人性化护理能有效改善患者的不良心理状态，提高患者的生活质量及护理满意度，具有重要的应用价值，值得临床推广。

Discussion of application effect of humanistic nursing in diabetes care

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the application effect of humanistic nursing in diabetes care. Methods Seventy-eight cases of diabetic patients in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2016 were collected as objects and divided into control group and research group according to the different nursing methods. The control group (39 cases) was given routine clinical care, while the research group implemented humanistic nursing on the basis of the control group, then the improvement of quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the study group were (25.23±4.62) and (27.13±3.23) respectively, and the control group were (42.61±2.31) and (41.52±3.68) respectively, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of physiological function, social function,physiological function, physical pain and mental health of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate was 97.44% in the study group and 76.92% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of humanistic nursing for patients with diabetes can effectively improve the patients  bad heart state, improve the quality of life and care satisfaction, which has important application value and is worthy of clinical promotion.
