对不稳定盆骨骨折合并四肢多发骨折患者进行骨科损伤控制的治疗效果

摘要：

目的 探讨对不稳定盆骨骨折合并四肢多发骨折患者进行骨科损伤控制的临床效果。方法 选取我院2006年1月至2016年1月收治的28例不稳定盆骨骨折合并四肢多发骨折患者为研究对象，将所有患者根据不同的治疗方式分为研究组和对照组，每组14例，对照组患者给予常规的临床治疗，研究组患者在骨科损伤控制模式下进行治疗，观察两组患者的临床治疗效果及并发症的发生情况。结果 研究组治疗优良率为85.71%，对照组治疗优良率为64.28%，研究组显著高于对照组，组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)，研究组术后并发症的发生率为7.14%，显著低于对照组的28.57%，组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 对不稳定盆骨骨折合并四肢多发骨折患者在骨科损伤控制模式下治疗，能有效地提高临床治疗效果，减少并发症的发生，具有重要的临床价值。

Treatment effect of damage control on patients with unstable pelvic fracture complicated with multiple fractures of limbs

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate treatment effect of damage control in department of orthopedics of patients with unstable pelvic fracture complicated with multiple fractures of limbs. Methods Twenty-eight patients with unstable pelvic fracture combined with extremity fractures in our hosptial from January 2006 to January 2016 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group, with 14 cases in each group. The control group received routine clinical treatment, the study group were given treatment of orthopedic injury control mode. Then the incidence of clinical therapeutic effect and complications of two groups were observed. Results Excellent treatment rate of study group was 85.71%, which was higher than 64.28% of the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05), postoperative complications in study group was 7.14% , which was lower than 28.57% of the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Damage control mode in the treatment of unstable pelvic fracture with multiple limbs fracture patients can effectively improve clinical curative effect, reduce complications and has important clinical value, which is worth of clinical promotion.
