臂丛神经麻醉下手法治疗肩周炎的临床探讨

摘要：

目的 探讨臂丛麻醉下手法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法 选择2015年1月至2016年3月本院收治的肩周炎患者92例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各46例。对照组采用常规小针刀治疗，观察组采用臂丛神经麻醉下手法松解治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效、肩部疼痛评分及肩部功能改善评分。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.65%，显著高于对照组的 73.91%（P<0.05）；治疗1周和2周后，观察组VAS评分均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；且观察组肩关节活动范围评分均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 肩周炎采用臂丛神经麻醉下手法治疗可有效改善关节活动范围及疼痛程度，临床疗效可靠。

Clinical study of manipulative therapy under brachial plexus anesthesia in treating periarthritis of shoulder

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of manipulative therapy under brachial plexus anesthesia in treating periarthritis of shoulder. Methods Ninety-two cases of patients with periarthritis of shoulder from January 2015 to March 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received small needle -knife therapy, while the observation group received manual loosening therapy under brachial plexus anesthesia. The clinical efficacy, shoulder pain score and shoulder function score of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65% , which was significantly higher than 73.91% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment for 1 week and 2 weeks, the VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the shoulder motion range score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of brachial plexus anesthesia technique in treating periarthritis of shoulder by manipulation is reliable, which can effectively improve the shoulder motion range and pain degree.
