动态心电图与常规心电图诊断冠心病的价值对比

摘要：
目的 探讨动态心电图与常规心电图诊断冠心病的临床效果。方法 对我院2014—2015年收治的72例冠心病患者实施 动态心电图与常规心电图诊断，对比两种不同诊断方法下患者心肌缺血及心律失常的检出率。结果 常规心电图诊断共检出心肌缺血与心律失常患者53例（73.6%），动态心电图诊断下共检出心肌缺血与心律失常患者70例（97.2%），动态心电图对心肌缺血及心律失常的检出率明显高于常规心电图，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在冠心病的临床诊断中采取动态心电图诊断，能显著提高患者心律失常及心肌缺血的检出率。动态心电图诊断作为无创检查的一种，重复性较高，是诊断冠心病最直接有效的方法之一。

Comparison with the value of Holter ECG diagnosis of coronary heart disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of dynamic electrocardiogram and routine electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods Seventy -two cases of coronary heart disease patients admitted in our hospital from 2014 to 2015 were diagnosed with dynamic electrocardiogram and routine electrocardiogram. The detection rate of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia in patients with different diagnostic methods were compared. Results It showed that, there were 53 cases (73.6% ) of patients detected with myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia with routine ECG diagnosis, and 70 cases (97.2% ) with myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia detected with dynamic ECG diagnosis, the detection rate in myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia with routine ECG was higher than with dynamic ECG, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease, dynamic ECG diagnosis can
significantly improve the detection rate of patients heart rate disorders and myocardial ischemia. As a non -invasive examination method, dynamic ECG diagnosis has high repeatability, it is one of the most direct and effective way to diagnose coronary heart disease.
