视可尼可视喉镜在全麻气管插管中的应用

摘要：

目的 比较直接喉镜与视可尼可视喉镜在全麻患者气管插管中的应用效果。方法 选择本院2014年1月至12月收治的全麻气管插管患者60例，随机分为直接喉镜组（L组）和视可尼可视喉镜组（阅组），各30例。记录插管时间、一次插管成功率及口腔黏膜损伤率。结果 与L组比较，D组插管时间更短，一次插管成功率更高，黏膜损伤例数更少，差异均显著（P<0.05）。结论 视可尼内窥镜在全麻气管插管中是一种安全有效的方法。

Application of shikani optical stylet in general anesthesia intubation

ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the effectiveness of laryngoscopy and shikani optical stylet in general anesthesia intubation. Methods From January to December 2014, 60 patients received general anesthesia intubation were selected and randomly devided into group L (laryngoscope) and Group D (shikani optical stylet). The time of intubation, the rate of the first time intubate successfully and the rate of oral mucosa hurt were recorded. Results The time of intubation, the rate of the first time intubate successfully and the rate of oral mucosa hurt in Group D were better than those in group L (P<0.05). Conclusion Shikani optical stylet is safe and effective in patients of general anesthesia.
