冠心病心律失常患者应用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗临床效果分析

摘要：

目的 探究冠心病心律失常患者应用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗的临床效果。方法 选取我院收治的84例冠心病心律失常患者，经随机双盲的方式分为观察组、对照组，各42例。观察组采取稳心颗粒、美托洛尔联合治疗，对照组采取美托洛尔治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 观察组和对照组的治疗总有效率分别为95.24%、78.57%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率为2.38%，低于对照组的28.57%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者房性期前收缩次数、室性期前收缩次数与房室交界性期前收缩次数较治疗前均改善明显，且观察组改善程度更好，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 冠心病心律失常应用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗，临床效果确切，可有效改善患者心律失常情况，且不会产生严重的不良反应，值得临床应用和推广。

The clinical effec of Wenxin Granules and metoprolol on patients with coronary heart arrhythmia

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wenxin Granules and metoprolol on patients with coronary heart arrhythmia. Methods Eighty -four cases of coronary heart arrhythmia in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups by randomized and double-blind way, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received metoprolol therapy, and the observation group took Wenxin Granules and metoprolol therapy. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rates of the observation group and control group were 95.24% , 78.57% lespectively which was with significant difference (P<0.05); The adverse reaction rates of the observation group was 2.38%, which was lower than 28.57% of the control group (P<0.05); The premature atrial contractions, premature ventricular contractions and junctional premature contractions after treatment of the two group improved significantly than before treatment, and the improvements of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Wenxin Granules with
metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart arrhythmia has exact clinical effect, it can effectively improve the patients arrhythmia situation, and does not cause serious adverse reactions, which is worthy of further application and promotion.
