果酸联合过氧化苯甲酰凝胶治疗寻常痤疮的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 观察评价果酸（甘醇酸）联合过氧化苯甲酰凝胶治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法 选取于我院就诊的寻常痤疮患者100例，随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组54例给予果酸和过氧化苯甲酰凝胶联合治疗，对照组46例单纯给予过氧化苯甲酰凝胶治疗。通过比较治疗前后皮损计数进行疗效观察。结果 治疗组痊愈14例，显效34例，好转6例，无效0例，总有效率88.89%；对照组痊愈4 例，显效21例，好转14例，无效7例，总有效率54.35%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者均发生局部皮肤不良反应，如皮肤刺痛、瘙痒、红斑、脱屑，其中治疗组发生13例（24.07%），对照组发生7例（15.22%），但两组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 果酸联合过氧化苯甲酰凝胶治疗寻常痤疮疗效肯定，安全且无明显不良反应，值得临床推广。

Effect observation of glycolic acid and benzoyl peroxide gel in the treatment of acne vulgaris

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe and evaluate the effect of glycolic acid and benzoyl peroxide gel in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods One hundred patients with acne vulgaris in our hospital were chosen and randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group (54 patients) accepted ghyeolic acid combined with benzoyl peroxide gel, and the control group (46 patients) accepted benzoyl peroxide gel only. The efficacy was evaluated by comparison of the lesion counts before and after the treatment. Results In the treatment group, 14 patients were cured, 34 patients were greatly improved, 6 patients were improved, and no patient was ineffective, the efficacy rate was 88.89%. In the control group, 4 patients were cured, 21 patients were greatly improved, 14 patients were improved, 7 patient was ineffective, the efficacy rate was 54.35% ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Local adverse effects were occurred in both two groups such as stabbing pain, pruritus, erythema, desquamation, with 13 patients (24.07%) in the treatment group and 7 patients (15.22) in the control group, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Glycolic acid combined with benzoyl peroxide gel has definite curative effect for acne vulgaris, which is safe and with no obvious adverse reactions. It is worth to be applied in clinic.
