XELOX方案化疗联合微波消融治疗胃癌术后肝转移疗效分析

摘要：
目的 探讨XELOX方案化疗联合微波消融对胃癌根治术后肝转移灶的疗效。方法 将58例胃癌根治术后肝转移的 患者随机分成观察组（30例）及对照组（28例），观察组采用XELOX方案化疗联合超声引导下微波消融，对照组采用单 纯XELOX方案化疗，统计两组近期有效率、毒副反应发生率、1年和2年生存率。结果观察组近期有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组毒副反应总发生率与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；观察组的1 年、2 年生存率均高于对 照组（P<0.05）。结论 采用XELOX方案化疗联合微波消融对胃癌根治术后位置表浅和体积较小的肝转移灶疗效好，可延长患者生存期。

The effect analysis of XELOX program chemotherapy combined with microwave ablation on hepatic
metastases from gastric cancer

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of XELOX program chemotherapy combined with microwave ablation on hepatic metastases from gastric cancer. Methods Fifty-eight patients with hepatic metastases from gastric cancer after radical gastrectomy were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group with 30 patients was treated with XELOX program chemotherapy combined with ultrasound-guided microwave ablation. The control group with 28 patients was treated with XELOX program chemotherapy. The short-term effective rate, the incidence of toxicity as well as one or two year survival rate were recorded and compared. Results The short-term effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); the incidence of toxicity had no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0.05); the 1, 2-year survival rates of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For the patients with hepatic metastases from gastric cancer after radical gastrectomy with superficial location and small size, XELOX program chemotherapy combined with microwave ablation can acquire good effect and increase patients life time.
