甲硝唑类制剂联合乳酸杆菌活菌制剂治疗妊娠 合并细菌性阴道病的临床效果

摘要：

目的 观察甲硝唑类制剂联合乳酸杆菌活菌制剂治疗妊娠合并细菌性阴道病的临床效果。方法 将我院收治的 86例妊娠期细菌性阴道病患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组 43例，分别采用甲硝唑泡腾片与甲硝唑联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为 95.35% ，明显高于对照组的 76.74%（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗后线索细胞转阴率（97.67%）显著高于对照组（81.40%）（P＜0.05）。观察组在随访期间复发率为 2.33% ，显著低于对照组的 20.93%（P＜0.05）。两组不良妊娠结局总发生率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 采用甲硝唑联合乳酸杆菌活菌制剂治疗妊娠期细菌性阴道病，可有效抑制线索细胞，复发率低，减少不良妊娠结局。

Clinical effect of metronidazole formulations combined with Lactobacillus live
bacteria preparation in the treatment of gestational bacterial vaginitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of metronidazole formulations combined with Lactobacillus live bacteria preparation on gestational bacterial vaginitis. Methods Eighty-six cases of gestational bacterial vaginitis admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group,metronidazole effervescent tablets and metronidazole combined with lacticacid bacteriavaginalcapsules were sespectively used.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35% ,which was significantly higher than 76.74% of the control group (P<0.05).The conversion negative rate of cluecells in the observation group(97.67% ) was significantly higher than that in the control group(81.40% )(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group during follow-up was 2.33% ,which was significantly lower than 20.93% of the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the over all incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Metronidazole combined with live Lactobacillus preparation in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis during pregnancy can
effectively in hibit the cluecells,with low recurrence rate,and reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes.
