腹腔镜手术联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂治疗 子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 研究分析腹腔镜手术联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法 选取 2013年 4月至2016年 6月在我院接受腹腔镜检查诊断为子宫内膜异位症 116例患者，按随机数表法分为对照组与观察组，各 58例。对照组给予单纯腹腔镜手术治疗，观察组在腹腔镜手术基础上加用促性腺激素释放激素激动剂治疗。对比分析两组患者术后临床疗效、生活质量、复发率、妊娠率以及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。术后 12个月，两组生活质量评分均明显高于术前，且观察组明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。与对照组相比，观察组患者复发率明显降低，且妊娠率明显提高（P＜0.05）。两组不良反应总发生率比较，无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 腹腔镜手术联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效确切，可有效降低复发率，提高患者妊娠率与生活质量，且安全性高，值得临床进一步推广。

Clinical effects comparison of laparoscopy and laparotomy
in the treatment of gastric stromal tumors

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopy and laparotomy in the treatment of gastricstro maltumors. Methods A total of 126 patients with gastric stromal tumors admitted in our hospital were randomly selectedand divided into study group (laparoscopy,n=63) and control group (laparotomy,n=63)according to the different treatment measures.The treatment effects and prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results The two groups successfully completed surgery, and no perioperative death occurred. The operative time,intraoperative bleeding and postoperative exhaust time,eating time and hospitalization time in the study group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in survival rate at 1,2 and 3 years after surgery between the two groups (P>0.05). At the end of the follow-up,there were no significant differences in survival and recurrence in patients with different degrees of risk between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The long-term curative effects and prognosis of gastricstromal tumor streated by laparoscopy and laparotomy aresimilar,but the formerismore effective in the near future,with short operation,less bleeding and faster post operative recovery,which is worthy for promotion.
