自动痔疮套扎术治疗轻中度痔疮的临床价值

摘要：

目的 评价自动痔疮套扎术（RPH）治疗轻中度痔疮的临床价值。方法 选择我院收治的 96例轻中度痔疮患者作为研究对象，分为采用 RPH 治疗的观察组及采用微波治疗的参照组，每组 48例。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为 97.92%，明显高于参照组的 87.50%（P<0.05）；观察组的治疗时间及创面愈合时间明显短于参照组（P<0.05）；观察组的术后出血率及水肿率均明显低于参照组（P<0.05）。结论 RPH 治疗轻中度痔疮临床效果显著，且不良反应少，具有较高的临床价值。

Clinical value of ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoid in the treatment of
mild to moderate hemorrhoids

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the clinical value of ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoid (RPH) in the treatment of mild to moderate hemorrhoids. Methods Ninety-six patients with mild to moderate hemorrhoids were selected asthe study objects.Forty-eight patients who were treated with microwave treatment were enrolled as the reference group,and another 48 patients who were given RPH were selected as the observation group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.92% ,which was higher than 87.50% of the reference group (P<0.05).The treatment time and incision healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the reference group (P<0.05).The post operative bleeding rate and edemarate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion RPH in the treatment of mild to moderate hemorrhoids has significant clinical effect and less adverse reactions,which has high implementation valuein clinic.
