加速康复外科理念在经尿道前列腺等离子切除术中的价值

摘要：

目的 观察在围手术期运用加速康复外科（ERAS）理念并采取相应的干预措施在前列腺等离子切除手术患者临床应用中的疗效及安全性。方法 将我院 2014年 1月至 2017年 6月前列腺增生症（BPH）行经尿道等离子切除术的患者 240例按治疗方法分成试验组（118例，采用围手术期 ERAS综合治疗）与对照组（122例，采用传统方法治疗）。分析比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 治疗后，试验组患者的术后哌替啶使用率、Hb水平、排气时间、排便时间、下床时间、进食时间、膀胱冲洗时间及尿管留置时间均优于对照组（P<0.05）；试验组患者的术后住院时间、住院总时间短于对照组，术后费用、住院总费用少于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 ERAS措施应用于经尿道前列腺等离子切除术中可以减轻患者痛苦，促进康复，值得临床推广。

Value of enhanced recovery after surgery concept in
transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate

ABSTRACT: Objective To observed the efficacy and safety of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) concept and intervention measures in patients with transurethral plasmakinetic resection prostate.Methods From January 2014 to June 2017,240 cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) undergoing transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate were randomly divided into experimental group (118 cases,treated with perioperative ERAS comprehensive treatment)and control group (122 cases,treated with traditional treatment methods ) according to the treatment methods. The treatment effects were compared in the two groups. Results After treatment,the postoperative pethidine using rate,Hb level, exhaust time,defecation time,out of bed time,feeding time,bladderirrigation time and catheterind wellingtimein the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The postoperative hospital stay,total hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the thecontrol group, the postoperative cost,total cost of hospitalization in the experimental group were less than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion ERAS measures in patients with transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate can relieve pain of patients,promote rehabilitation, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
