预混门冬胰岛素 50与预混人胰岛素 50R 起始治疗 2型糖尿病的有效性和安全性

摘要：

目的 分析预混门冬胰岛素 50和预混人胰岛素 50R 起始治疗 2型糖尿病的效果和安全性。方法 选择我院在 2015年 3月至 2016年 3月收治的 2型糖尿病患者 90例，随机将其分为对照组和观察组，各 45例。对照组给予预混人胰岛素 50R，观察组给予预混门冬胰岛素 50。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗后，两组的 2 h PBG、FBG 与 HbAlc水平均明显下降，观察组的 2 h PBG 水平低于对照组（P＜0.05），两组的 FBG、HbAlc比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。观察组患者的低血糖发生率明显低于对照组，胰岛素用量明显少于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 与预混人胰岛素 50R 相比，预混门冬胰岛素 50更适用于初治2型糖尿病患者，并可减少低血糖的发生。

in the initial treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect and safety of biphasic insulin aspart50 and premixed human insulin 50R in the initial treatment of type2 diabetesmellitus. Methods A total of 90 patients with type2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into control group (n=45)and observation group (n=45).The control group was given premixed human insulin 50R and the observation group was given biphasic insulin aspart 50.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the leves of 2 h PBG,FBG and HbAlc in the both groups significantly decreased,and the 2 h PBG in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in FBG and HbAlclevels between the two groups (P>0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the dosage of insulin was significantly less than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with premixed human insulin 50R, biphasic insulin aspart 50 is more suitable in the initial treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus, which can reduce the occurrence of hypoglycemia.
