摘要：

目的 研究宁夏银川市中老年空腹血糖受损患者神经肽 Y（NPY）基因单核苷酸多态性（SNP rs16147）表达。方法 调查289名宁夏银川市 40岁以上中老年人，通过实验室检查获取血脂、血糖等指标；检测 SNP rs16147位点基因型及等位基因频率分布情况，并对正常及空腹血糖受损（IFG）者检测结果做对比分析。结果 正常组和 IFG 组 NPY 基因 SNP rs16147的基因型频率比较，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 空腹血糖受损患者 rs16147位点的 AA 基因型突变率高于正常人。

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP rs16147)ofthe neuropeptide Y (NPY) genein normalmiddle and old agepatients with impaired fasting blood glucosein Yinchuan. Methods A totalof289 people who were over 40 years old in Yinchuan were selected, and the blood lipids, blood glucose were tested through laboratory examination,and the genotype and SNP rs16147 allele frequency were detected,the test results of normal and impaired fasting blood glucose (IFG)patients were compared. Results The genotype frequency ofthe NYP gene SNP rs16147 in the normal group and IFG group were statistically different (P＜0.05). Conclusion The mutation rate of AA genotype at rs16147 in patientswith impaired fasting blood glucoseis higher than that of thenormal subjects.
