舒适护理模式在糖尿病肾病血液透析患者中的应用

摘要：

目的 探讨舒适护理模式在糖尿病肾病血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法 将我院诊治的 420 例糖尿病肾病血液透析患者随机分为各 210 例的对照组与研究组。对照组实施传统的护理干预，研究组在此基础上实施舒适护理，比较两组护理效果。结果 干预后，两组患者的 HAMA、HAMD 评分及生活质量各项评分较干预前均明显改善，且研究组显著优于对照组（P<0.05），研究组及对照组患者护理总满意率分别为 92.86%、74.29%，组间差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 舒适护理可有效改善糖尿病肾病血液透析患者的负面情绪，提高生活质量及护理满意度。

Application of comfortable nursing mode in hemodialysis patients with
diabetic nephropathy

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of comfortabl e nursing mode in hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 420 hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 210 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional nursing intervention, and the study group was given comfortable nursing mode on the basis of the control group. The nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of HAMA, HAMD and quality of life in the two groups significantly improved, and those in the study group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group and the control group were 92.86% and 74.29% respectively, the difference between the two groups was significat (P<0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing mode can effectively improve the negative emotions of hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy, improve the quality of life and the nursing satisfaction.
