舒适护理应用于创伤性骨折中的效果分析

摘要：

目的 分析舒适护理应用于创伤性骨折中的临床效果。方法 选取我院收治的 76 例创伤性骨折患者，对其一般资料予以回顾分析，按照护理方法分为研究组（38 例）和对照组（38 例）。对照组选取常规护理，研究组基于常规护理选取舒适护理，对比两组患者护理满意度与护理前、后疼痛评分。结果 与对照组比较，研究组患者的护理满意度明显更高（P<0.05）；护理前，两组疼痛评分无明显差异（P>0.05）；护理后两组疼痛评分明显降低，且护理后研究组疼痛评分低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 舒适护理应用于创伤性骨折中具有显著效果，可减轻患者疼痛感，还可提升其对护理服务的满意度，值得推广应用。

Effect analysis of comfortable nursing on traumatic fracture

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of comfortable nursing in the treatment of traumatic fracture. Methods Seventy-six cases of patients with traumatic fractures were selected, and their general data were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into study group (38 cases) and control group (38 cases) according to the nursing methods. The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given comfortable nursing mode on the basis of the routine nursing. The nursing satisfaction and the pain scores before and after nursing between the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was significantly higher (P<0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups (P>0.05), the pain scores of the two groups significantly decreased after nursing, and that of the study group after nursing was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comfort nursing on traumatic fracture has a significant effect, it can relieve pain, improve the satisfaction of nursing service, which is worthy of popularization and application.
