妈咪爱联合蒙脱石散在小儿腹泻治疗中的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 观察妈咪爱联合蒙脱石散在小儿腹泻治疗中的临床疗效。方法 将我院收治的 96例腹泻患儿随机分成治疗组（妈咪爱+蒙脱石散组，n=48）和对照组（蒙脱石散组，n=48）。观察两组患儿的临床疗效。结果 治疗组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.05），大便性状、次数、常规恢复正常时间以及发热、呕吐、腹痛缓解时间则均短于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗 3 d后，两组 IL-6、TNF-琢 水平均较治疗前显著降低，且治疗组低于对照（P<0.05）。结论 妈咪爱联合蒙脱石散可显著提高小儿腹泻的临床疗效、改善相关症状，减轻炎症反应，有利于病情转归。

Clinical efficacy analysis of Medilac-Vita combined with montmorillonite powder
in the treatment of infantile diarrhea

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of Medilac-Vita combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods Ninety six cases of children with diarrhea admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder, and the treatment group was given Medilac-Vita on the basis of the control group.The curative effects in the two groups were observed. Results The total treatment effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The time forstool shape, frequency and routine becoming normal and the remission time offever,vomiting andabdominal pain in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). At 3 d after treatment ,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in the two groups decreased significantly, and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Medilac-Vita combined with montmorillonite powder can significantly improve the curative effect in the treatment of infantile diarrhea, relieve related symptoms and reduce inflammation, which is good for the prognosis.
