益气活血化痰通络汤联合注射用脑蛋白水解物治疗 急性脑梗死的临床效果分析

摘要：

目的 分析益气活血化痰通络汤联合注射用脑蛋白水解物治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法 将我院收治的 120例急性脑梗死患者随机分为研究组和对照组，各 60例。两组患者均给予基础治疗，在此基础上，对照组给予益气活血化痰通络汤治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上，加用注射用脑蛋白水解物治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、神经功能缺损程度评分、日常生活活动能力评分及不良反应情况。结果 研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组的神经功能缺损评分、BADL评分均优于治疗前，且研究组优于对照组（P<0.05）。两组的不良反应总发生率比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）。结论 益气活血化痰通络汤联合注射用脑蛋白水解物治疗急性脑梗死有较好的临床效果，安全性较高，值得推广应用。

Clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Tongluo decoction combined with cerebroprotein
hydrolysate for injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of YiqiHuoxueHuatanTongluo decoction combined with cerebro protein hydroly sate for injection inacute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and controlgroup, with 60 cases in each group.All the patients were given basic treatment,on this basis,the controlgroup was given YiqiHuoxue Huatan Tongluo decoction,the study group was treated with cerebroprotein hydroly sate for injectionon the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, neurological deficit scores, daily living activity score sand adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of the study group was higher than that ofthe control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the neurological deficit scores and BADL scores of both groups were better than those before treatment,and those of the study group were better than the controlgroup(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).  Conclusion YiqiHuoxueHuatanTongluo decoction combined with cerebroprotein hydroly sate for injection acute cerebral infarction has good clinical effect and highsafety.
