活血解毒方治疗原发性干燥综合征的临床效果

摘要：

目的 观察活血解毒方治疗原发性干燥综合征的临床疗效。方法 选取我院 2015年 9月至 2016年 10月收治的 75例原发性干燥综合征患者为研究对象，将其随机分成试验组（38例）与对照组（37例）。试验组采取活血解毒方中药口服治疗，对照组采取雷公藤多甙片口服治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果 试验组与对照组患者的治疗总有效率比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的 ESR、CRP、IgG、IgM、IgA 水平及 Sit、BUT、静态唾液流率均改善，且试验组优于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 活血解毒方能有效缓解干燥综合征主要症状，改善相关实验室及物理检查指标，具有推广价值。

Clinical effect of Huoxue Jiedu prescription in thetreatment of
primary Sjogren`s syndrome

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of HuoxueJiedu prescription in the treatment of primary Sjogren`ssyndrome.Methods A total of 75 patients with primary Sjgren``ssyndrome treated in our hospital from September 2015 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group (38 cases) and the controlgroup (37 cases). The experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine of Huoxue Jiedu prescription,and the controlgroup received oral Tripterygium wilfordiipolygly cosidetablet. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate was not statistically significant between the two groups (P>0.05). The levels of ESR,CRP,IgG,IgM and IgA and Sit,BUT,static salivary flow ratein the two groups improved,and those of the experimental group were better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion HuoxueJiedu prescription can effectively alleviate the main symptoms of Sjogren``ssyndrome,improve the related laboratory and physical examination indicators,which hasthepromotion value.                                                                                                                                                                                                          KEYWORDS: huoxue jiedu prescription; primary Sjogren`s syndrome; Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablet
