后路 270°融合术治疗腰椎间盘退变失稳的疗效

摘要：

目的 总结后路 270°融合术式治疗腰椎间盘退变失稳的有效性和安全性。方法 选择 2008年 2月至 2016年 2月我院收治的 39例腰椎间盘退变失稳患者行后路 270°融合术，观察所有患者的治疗效果。结果 全部患者随访 1年以上，根据McAfee椎间融合标准，38例患者全部骨性融合，融合率为 97.4% 。末次随访患者 JOA 评分明显高于术前（P<0.05）。结论 应用后路 270°融合术治疗腰椎间盘退变失稳疾病优势明显，疗效确切，融合率高，值得临床推广。

unstability of lumbar disc degeneration

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the safety and efficacy of posterior 270° fusion in the treatment of unstability of lumbar disc degeneration. Methods A total of 39 patients with unstability of lumbar disc degeneration undergoing 270° fusion from February 2008 to February 2016 were selected and the clinical of all patients were observed. Results All patients had been successfully followed up for at least1 year. According to McAfee`s standard of spinal fusion,38 patients were all bone fusion,the fusion rate was 97.4% .The JOA score of the last follow-up patients were significantly higher than that of the preoperative (P<0.05). Conclusion  Posterior 270° fusion shows excellent clinical resultand fusion rate, which can be a dominant procedure for treating unstability of lumbar disc degeneration.  　                                                                                                                             KEYWORDS: lumbar vertebrae; spinal fusion; lumbar disc degeneration
