稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律失常的 疗效及安全性

摘要：

目的 分析稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律失常的疗效及安全性。方法 选取在我院接受治疗的 750例冠心病心律失常患者为研究对象，随机分为试验组和对照组，各 375例。对照组患者采用美托洛尔治疗，试验组患者在此基础上联用稳心颗粒治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效，治疗前、后的心电图 PR 间期、QRS波时限、QTc间期及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗前，两组患者 PR 间期、QRS波时限、QTc间期差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的 PR 间期、QRS波时限、QTc间期均得到有效改善，且试验组明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。试验组不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律失常疗效确切，安全性高。

Efficacy and safety of Wenxin granule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of
arrhythmia of coronary heart disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Wenxin Granule combined with metoprololin arrhythmia of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 750 patients with arrhythmia of coronary heart disease treated in our hospital were randomly diveded into experimental group and control group,with 375 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with metoprolol, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with Wenxin granule based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,PR interval,QRS duration and QT cinterval before and after treatment, the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the PR interval,QRS duration and QTcinterval (P＞0.05);after treatment,the PR interval and QRS duration and QT cinterva of the two groups improve deffectively, and those in the experimental group were better than the control group (P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Wenxin granule combined with metoprololis effective and safe in the treatment of arrhythmia of coronary heart disease.
