活血化瘀方联合米非司酮在子宫肌瘤治疗中的价值

摘要：

目的 探讨活血化瘀方同米非司酮联合治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法 选取2015 年9 月至2016 年12 月我院收治的 98 例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，各49 例。对照组给予米非司酮治疗，观察组在对 照组的基础上加用活血化瘀方。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后子宫肌瘤体积及子宫体积、不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗 总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的子宫肌瘤体积及子宫体积均减小，且观察组小于对照组（P<0.05）。两组 不良反应总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 在子宫肌瘤药物治疗中，应用活血化瘀方联合米非司酮，可获得 确切效果，值得推广。

Value of Huoxue Huayu recipe combined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroid

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huoxue Huayu recipe combined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods A total of 98 patients with uterine fibroids treated in our hospital from September 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the study subjects, and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mifepristone, the observation group added Huoxue Huayu recipe on the basis of the control group. The curative effect, uterine fibroids volume and uterine volume before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the uterine fibroids volume and uterine volume of the two groups decreasea, and those of the observation group were smaller than the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Huoxue Huayu recipe combined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids can get the exact effect, which is worth promoting.
