针灸推拿联合治疗肩周炎36 例临床效果

摘要：

目的 研究与探讨针灸联合推拿治疗肩周炎的应用效果。方法 选取我院2016 年6 月至2017 年7 月收治的72 例肩周 炎患者，采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组与参照组，各36 例。试验组患者采用针灸推拿联合治疗法，参照组患者采用单纯 针灸疗法。比较两组患者治疗总有效率、疼痛程度及肩关节功能。结果 试验组的治疗总有效率为97.22%，显著高于参照组的 77.78%（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的VAS、CMS 评分均显著改善，且试验组优于参照组（P<0.05）。结论 应用针灸联合推拿 法治疗肩周炎的效果显著，值得推广。

Clinical observation of acupuncture and massage in the treatment of 36 cases of periarthritis

ABSTRACT: Objective To study and discuss the effect of acupunctu re and massage in the treatment of 36 cases of periarthritis. Methods Seventy-two patients with periarthritis treated in our hospital from June 2016 to July 2017 were selected and divided into experimental group and the reference group according to the random number table, with 36 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with acupuncture and massage combined treatment, the reference group was treated with simple acupuncture. The total efficiency, pain and shoulder joint function after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.22%, which was significantly higher than 77.78% of the reference group (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS, CMS scores of the two group improved, those of the experimental group were better than the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion The acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of patients with periarthritis has significant effect, which is worth promoting.
