新型溶血素在临床检验中的应用价值

摘要：

目的 分析新型溶血素在临床检验中的应用价值。方法 选取2016 年1 月至2017 年1 月在我院进行健康体检的150 例 健康人血常规样本，分别采用新型溶血素或传统溶血素进行血常规检验，依据溶血素种类不同，将其分为新型组和传统组， 对比两组的临床检验结果。结果 新型组的PLT、WBC 及RBC 与传统组相比，差异无统计学差异（P>0.05）；新型组的Hb 明显 高于传统组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 新型溶血素在血常规检验中具有精度高、偏差小的优势，且Hb 的检验结 果可通过因数调整予以校正，临床应用价值明显。

Application value of new hemolysin in clinical examination

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical value of new hemolysin in clinical examination. Methods The blood samples of 150 healthy people from January 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital for physical examination, blood routine test were performed by using new hemolysin or traditional hemolysin, and the results were classified into the new group and the traditional group according to the different kinds of hemolysin. The clinical results were compared between the two groups. Results There were no statistically significant differences in the levels of PLT, WBC and RBC between the two groups (P>0.05). The level of Hb in the new group was significantly higher than that of the traditional group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The new hemolysin has advantages of high accuracy and small deviation in the routine blood test, and the Hb test results can correct by related methods. Its clinical application value is obvious.
