纳米银凝胶联合宫颈环形电切术在慢性宫颈炎治疗中的效果

摘要：

目的 探讨纳米银凝胶联合宫颈环形电切术（LEEP）在慢性宫颈炎治疗中的效果。方法 将在我院接受治疗的96 名慢性 宫颈炎患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各48 例。对照组采用常规LEEP 治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合纳 米银凝胶治疗。观察比较两组患者的临床疗效、术后创伤面愈合情况以及并发症发生情况。结果 治疗后，两组患者均获得满 意疗效，未见无效病例；观察组显效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组的创伤愈合时间明显短于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后 4 d，两组患者的阴道出血率比较，无显著差异（P>0.05）；观察组患者阴道感染率及阴道流液率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 纳米银凝胶联合LEEP 在慢性宫颈炎治疗中临床效果显著，创伤面愈合快，并发症发生率低，值得临床推广应用。

Effect of nano silver gel combined with loop electrosurgical excision procedure in the treatment of chronic cervicitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of nano silver ge1 combined with loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods A total of 96 cases of patients with chronic cervicitis treated in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group were treated with conventional LEEP, while the observation group was treated with nano silver gel on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, wound healing and complications of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment, both groups gained the curative effect, no invalid cases were found; the markedly effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The wound healing time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). After 4 d of treatment, there was no significant difference in vaginal bleeding between the two groups (P>0.05). The vaginal infection rate and vaginal fluid rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of nano silver gel combined with LEEP in the treatment of chronic cervicitis is significant, and wound healing is fast and the complication rate is low, it is worth to be promoted in the clinic.
